It is a key foundational component of our Asset Management & Reliability Model. We can offer training in several key areas.
Root Cause Analysis
A 2 day facilitation course. This engaging and interactive course will teach the fundamentals of facilitating and performing RCAs in your organisation. The course includes examples, case studies, methods and on day two you can bring a problem unique to your business to put through the RCA process or, alternatively, use Assetivo’s case study.
Introduction to Reliability
A 1 day course. Learn about the fundamentals of reliability and how we can go about improving it in our organisations. You will learn about criticality, FMEAs, maintenance strategies, reliability theory and what really impacts an asset’s reliability.
Introduction to Condition Monitoring
A 1 day course. Learn about the various condition monitoring techniques and technologies and the positive impact they can have on your business’ asset uptime and availability. We will look at vibration analysis, oil analysis, ultrasound, infrared thermography and others.
Lubrication Best Practices
A 1 day introductory course on lubrication management and best practices. Many studies have shown that rolling element bearing failures are most-often caused by lubrication-related issues such as a lack of lubrication, incorrect lubrication, contaminated lubrication and so forth. Asset Management
1 or 4 day course. Introductory or advanced course covering the fundamentals of the ISO 55000 suite of standards and the IAM asset management landscape and 39 areas in preparation for the IAM Certificate or IAM Diploma exam. Areas covered include: Strategy & Planning, Decision Making, Life Cycle Delivery, Asset Information, Organisation & People, and Risk & Review.
CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional)
A 4 day preparation course for the CMRP (or CMRT also available) exam. The 4 days cover the fundamental body of knowledge from the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP). The course covers the 5 Pillars of the SMRP: Business & Management, Manufacturing Process Reliability, Equipment Reliability, Leadership & Organisation, and Work Management.
